Where are the prints produced?

We fulfil your print orders through our partner, ​theprintspace,​ Europe’s premier ​Carbon Neutral fine art & photographic printers. This means our print production is of the highest quality, and shipped within 48 hours. From production through to delivery, your order’s carbon footprint is offset using The Gold Standard offset program.

 

Is my print order carbon neutral?

Yes, it is! Our print partner is t​heprintspace​, and they are an end-to-end ​Carbon Neutral service.​

What does this mean?
It means theprintspace offset their carbon footprint by investing in renewable energy through The Gold Standard offset program. This investment approach is recommended by Greenpeace.

 

How much is the shipping charge?

Standard Flat Rate worldwide shipping is free of charge and typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties. 

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced packaging tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure damage-free delivery.  

 

When will I receive my print?

Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 7-15 business days depending of course, on your location.

Estimated average shipping times:

  • USA & Canada: Up to 10 business days

All prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end of the production cycle. This was only made possible by the amazing efforts of theprintspace, who have worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process. All photographs are printed on Giclée Hahnemühle Photo Rag Fine Art Paper. This paper has a subtle texture that gives a luxurious feel in your hand. The museum-quality print is fade-resistant with colors that will last for 100+ years.

100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, I am happy to replace your print order after the old one has been torn up and recycled as well as the certificate.

All prints are standard ratios for easy, universal framing options. I can provide you with framing recommendations for larger prints, e.g. types of frame, anti-reflective glazing, etc. 

 

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay via Paypal and Shopify Credit Card Payments.

Both use a secure 256 bit encryption service and are 100% safe and secure.

If you’d like to pay directly with a credit card, my store is partnered with Shopify Payments. You’ll be directed to the following page to process the payment for your order.

 

Can I return my print?

I am truly confident that you will love your print(s). They will uphold the test of time and they will be a statement piece for your home or office. Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints. However in the event that you would like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you will have 30 days to contact me from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You will need to cover the shipping charge. Contact at support[a]yaopey.com to request for an exchange.

 

My print is damaged, can I get a new one?

The print tube shipping packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys. However, in the event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, I will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge. I will need to have video or photo evidence of the damaged artwork and destroyed then recycled in order to process your replacement.

To get a replacement, email support[a]yaopey.com with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number. I will get the replacement arranged for you right away.

I will cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print. My goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order.

 

Does my print have a certificates of authenticity?

All my artwork have a limited edition quantity in each size. You can see detailed information on the editions on the product pages. Once the prints sell out in each size and edition, they will never be available again. 

Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity. It provides the name of the image, the edition number, production date, certificate number and a hologram authentication patch that is matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate.
